1、 按起动开关后电动葫芦不工作

The electric gourd does not work after the starting switch

　　主要是因电动葫芦没接通额定工作电压，而无法工作，一般有3 种情况：

The main reason is because the electric gourd is not connected to the rated working voltage, and cannot work, there are three kinds of situation:

　　(1)不通电。供电系统是否对电动葫芦电源送电，一般用试电笔测试，如没送电，等送电后再工作。

(1) no electricity. If the power supply system is to power the power supply of electric block, it is used to test the electric power supply, such as not sending electricity, etc.

　　(2)缺相。葫芦主、控回路的电器损坏、线路断开或接触不良，也会使葫芦电机缺相无法正常工作，出现这种情况，需检修主、控回路，检修时，为了防止主、控回路送给三相电机的电源缺相而烧毁电机，或葫芦电机突然得电运转，产生危害，一定要将葫芦电机从电源线路上断开，只给主、控回路送电，然后点动起动和停止开关，检查分析控制电器及线路的工作情况，对有问题的电器或线路进行修复或更换，当确认主、控回路无故障，方可重新试车。

(2) lack of phase. Gourd master and control loop of electrical appliances, circuit disconnection or poor contact, also can make the hoist motor open phase cannot work normally, appear this kind of circumstance, need to repair the main, control circuit, maintenance and repair, in order to prevent the main and control circuits to three-phase motor power phase and burned, or hoist motor electric operation, suddenly, must will hoist motor from the power cord to disconnect on the road, only to master and control circuit of electric transmission, then click start and stop switch, check the analysis and control electric circuit working condition, for appliances with problems or line for repair or replacement, when confirm the master and control circuit of trouble-free, before trial run again.

　　(3)电压过低。葫芦电机端电压比额定电压低10%以上，电机起动转矩过小，使葫芦起吊不动货物，而无法工作，检查时，用万用表或电压表等测量电机输入端电压。

(3) the voltage is too low. Than the rated voltage of the hoist motor power down more than 10%, motor starting torque is too small, make the hoist lifting goods, and unable to work, check the motor input voltage is measured with a multimeter or a voltmeter, etc.

　2 、电动葫芦运行时出现异常响声

　　电动葫芦的很多故障，例如控制电器、电机或减速器等出现的故障，往往伴随着异常噪声，这些噪声的位置及高低和音别随故障原因不同而有区别，检修时，要多听多看，可以利用或根据故障响声特点，确定发出响声位置，寻找和检修故障。

　　(1)异常噪声发生在控制回路上，发出“哼”的噪声，一般是接触器出现了故障(如交流接触器触头接触不良、电压等级不符、磁芯被卡等等)，应对故障接触器进行检修，无法检修时必须更换，处理后，噪声自行消除。
