Factory inspection
1、每台防爆葫芦应做到出厂检验、试验要求合格后（包括用户特殊要求检查试验项目）方能出厂，
1, each explosion-proof gourd should be factory inspection and test requirements after qualification (including user special requirements inspection test items) can only leave the factory.
出厂产品应附有产品合格证明书。
The product of the factory shall be attached with a certificate of product.
2、检查防爆葫芦所选用的防爆电气设备是否有“防爆合格证”。按防爆葫芦设计图样核查防爆电气
2, check whether the explosion-proof electrical equipment used in explosion-proof gourds has "explosion-proof qualification certificate". Verification of explosion-proof electricity according to design drawings of explosion-proof gourd
设备的型号、级别和温度组别，并检查其安装的正确性。
The type, grade and temperature group of the equipment shall be checked and the correctness of its installation shall be checked.
3 、核查 6.3～6.5、9.1、9.2 的执行情况记录文件。
3, check the execution records of 6.3 to 6.5, 9.1 and 9.2.
4、其余检查内容应按照 JB/T 5317 或 JB/T 9008.2 的检验项目检验。
