启动后，电机不转，不能提起重物
After starting, the motor does not turn and can not lift heavy objects.
⑴过度超载，不允许超载使用

⑵电压比额定电压低10%以上，等电压恢复正常

⑶电器有故障，导线断开或接触不良，检修电器与线路

⑷制动轮与后端盖锈蚀咬死，制动轮脱不开，卸下制动轮，清洗锈蚀表面
Brake wheel and rear end cover rusted and killed. Brake wheel can not escape. Brake wheel is removed to clean rust surface.
⑸电机扫膛，按故障序号9处理
The motor is swept by the fault serial number 9.
⑹导线过细，更换导线
The conductor is too thin and the conductor is replaced.

制动不可靠，下滑距离超过规定要求
The brake is not reliable, and the gliding distance exceeds the specified requirement.
⑴因制动环磨损大或其它原因，使弹簧压力减少，弹簧压力调整

⑵制动环与后端盖锥面接触不良，拆下修磨

⑴箱体与箱盖之间，密封圈装配不良或失效损坏，拆下检修或更换密封圈

⑵联接螺钉未拧紧，拧紧螺钉

⑶加油超量，按规定加油

电机锥形转子或定子之间间隙太小发生碰擦（叫扫膛）
The clearance between motor tapered rotor or stator is too small to be rubbed.
出厂产品是不允许“扫膛的”，发生“扫膛”的主要原因是：电机轴上支承圈磨损，转子铁芯轴向移位，或者是定制铁芯位移。拆下更换支承圈，使定子转子锥面之间有均匀的间隙，每边为0.35~0.55mm（小电机间隙小）或送回制造厂里检修。
