防爆电动葫芦具体的安全操作规程
1、 电动葫芦操作人员必须经过培训，没有培训者不得随意开动。
1. Electric hoist operators must be trained, and no trainer can start at will.
2、 使用前应检查开关、电器、机械部分是否完好。
2. Check whether the switches, electrical appliances and mechanical parts are in good condition before use.
3、 吊运工件前应先开动空车，检查限位器，运转正常后开始工 作。
3. Before lifting the workpiece, the empty car should be started, the limiter should be checked, and the work should start after normal operation.
4、 吊运工件时必须吊挂牢固平稳，吊运前先稍离地面。经试吊 无问题后再吊运。
5. Tilt lifting and horizontal traction tools are not allowed.
6、 不准倾斜起吊和作水平拖拉使用，严禁吊物从人员头上经 过。
6. No inclined lifting or horizontal dragging is allowed, and no lifting objects are allowed to pass over the heads of personnel.
7、 严禁将重物吊在钩尖处或钩结不牢起吊
7. It is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects at the tips of hooks or unstable lifting of hooks.
8、 吊运工件时应检查吊具是否符合规定，不得超负荷使用。

9、 限位系防止吊钩上升和下降的安全装置，严禁把限位当开关 使用。

16、 防爆电动葫芦使用完毕应停放指定位置，吊钩升至离地面足够的高度，以免影响地面人员活动。
