| 电动葫芦绳卡时使用要注意以下事项： The following items should be used when the electric hoist is used: (1)钢丝绳葫芦卡子的大小要适合钢丝绳的粗细，U形环的内侧净距，要比钢丝绳直径大1-3mm，净距太大不易卡紧绳子。 (1) the size of the wire rope hoist clamp should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope, u-shaped ring from the inside of the net, to 1-3 mm larger than diameter of wire rope, net from the tight rope too big not easy card. (2)使用时把U形螺栓拧紧，直到钢丝绳被压扁1/3左右为止。由于钢丝绳在受力后产生变形，绳卡在钢丝绳受力后要进行第二次拧紧，以保证接头的牢靠。如需检查钢丝绳在受力后，绳卡是否滑动，可采取附加一安全绳卡来进行。 (2) tighten the u-bolt when used, until the wire is crushed by a third or so. Because of the deformation of the wire rope under the force, the rope will be tightened for the second time after the wire rope is under force. If the wire rope is to be inspected, the rope can be used to carry a safety rope card.
