防爆电动葫芦滑线的安装方法

Installation method of sliding wire for explosion proof electric hoist.

1、防爆电动葫芦多安装在轨道上，把钢索布置在轨道中间，工字钢上部，端部用花篮螺栓紧固。

2、滑动环为两圆环相扣，有一定余量，以避免钢索刮卡。

3、在电动机的牵引下，以转向环为中心，牵引钢索作直线或圆周运动。

4、把一个转向环一端套在钢索上，留好电动机引线后把橡套线固定在转向环下端。前端接电动机，可自由移动。后端接在电源上。

以上方法简便易行，可以消除以往防爆电动葫芦滑线因接触不良、引线短路、断路而引起的一些问题。
