| 1 One 启动后，电机不转，不能提起重物 After starting, the motor does not turn and can not lift heavy objects. ⑴过度超载，不允许超载使用 Overloading, overload is not allowed. ⑵电压比额定电压低10%以上，等电压恢复正常 2. Voltage is lower than 10% of rated voltage and equal voltage is restored to normal. ⑶电器有故障，导线断开或接触不良，检修电器与线路 Electrical failure, conductor disconnection or poor contact, overhaul electrical appliances and lines. ⑷制动轮与后端盖锈蚀咬死，制动轮脱不开，卸下制动轮，清洗锈蚀表面 Brake wheel and rear end cover rusted and killed. Brake wheel can not escape. Brake wheel is removed to clean rust surface. ⑸电机扫膛，按故障序号9处理 The motor is swept by the fault serial number 9. ⑹导线过细，更换导线 The conductor is too thin and the conductor is replaced. 2 Two 制动不可靠，下滑距离超过规定要求 The brake is not reliable, and the gliding distance exceeds the specified requirement. ⑴因制动环磨损大或其它原因，使弹簧压力减少，弹簧压力调整 1. Because of the large wear of brake rings or other reasons, the spring pressure is reduced and the spring pressure is adjusted. ⑵制动环与后端盖锥面接触不良，拆下修磨 2. The contact between the brake ring and the rear cover is not good. ⑶制动面有油污，拆下清洗 3. There is oil stain on the brake surface and removed and cleaned. ⑷制动环松动，更换制动环 Loosening of brake rings and replacement of brake rings ⑸压力弹簧疲劳，更换弹簧 Pressure spring fatigue, replacement spring ⑹联轴器窜动不灵或卡死，检查其联接部分 The coupling is not moving or stuck, and check its connecting part. ⑺锥形转子窜动量过大，按规定调整 The conical rotor has excessive momentum and is adjusted according to regulations. 3 Three 电动机升温过高 The motor is overheating. ⑴超载使用，减载使用 Overloading, load shedding ⑵作业过于频繁，减少作业次数 (2) too frequent homework to reduce the number of operations. ⑶制动器间隙太小，运转时制动环未完全脱开，相当于附加载荷。重新调整 The brake clearance is too small and the brake ring is not completely disengaged when running, which is equivalent to the additional load. Readjustment 4 Four 减速器响声过大 The noise of the decelerator is too loud. ⑴润滑不良，拆卸检修 1. Maintenance or replacement of contactor if power supply and motor are not in good condition. 6 Six 重物升至半空中，停车后不能再启动 The weight rises to mid air. After parking, it can't start again. ⑴电压过低波动大，等电压恢复后再启动 1. The voltage is too low to fluctuate and restart after equal voltage recovery. ⑵超载起吊，减载使用 2. Overload lifting and load shedding. 7 Seven 启动后不能停车，或者到极限位置时，仍不停车 No parking after starting, or no parking at the limit position. ⑴交流接触器触头熔焊，迅速切断总电源拆卸检修或更 1. Contact welding of AC contactor, quickly cut off the total power supply, dismantle or overhaul. ⑵限位器失灵，换交流接触器 2. The locator is out of order, changing the AC contactor. ⑶限位器内线头接错，检修限位器线路 3. The inner head of the limiter is in the wrong way, and the maintenance limit device is connected. 8 Eight 减速器漏油 Oil leakage from reducer ⑴箱体与箱盖之间，密封圈装配不良或失效损坏，拆下检修或更换密封圈 1. Between the box and the box cover, the sealing ring is not properly assembled or damaged. Remove or repair the sealing ring. ⑵联接螺钉未拧紧，拧紧螺钉 2. The connecting screws are not tightened and the screws are tightened. ⑶加油超量，按规定加油 3. Excessive fuel and fuel according to regulations. 9 Nine 电机锥形转子或定子之间间隙太小发生碰擦（叫扫膛） The clearance between motor tapered rotor or stator is too small to be rubbed. 出厂产品是不允许“扫膛的”，发生“扫膛”的主要原因是：电机轴上支承圈磨损，转子铁芯轴向移位，或者是定制铁芯位移。拆下更换支承圈，使定子转子锥面之间有均匀的间隙，每边为0.35~0.55mm（小电机间隙小）或送回制造厂里检修。 The factory products are not allowed to "sweeping", "the main reason sweeping" is: the motor shaft support ring wear, shift the axial direction of a rotor core, or custom core displacement.
